GoogleMe and my husband had an amazing experience renting our first property in Preston with all the staff from Mahoney Gray Letting Agency, Especially Madison ,Julie and Simon made sure that the all process ran smoothly, The viewing and the process application went very quickly thanks to Madison!!! GoogleUnfortunately, my experience with this letting agency has been very disappointing. Communication and attitude towards tenants, particularly from Julie, have been unhelpful and at times dismissive. My security deposit is currently being withheld without reasonable cause, despite vacating the property as agreed following a Section 21 (no-fault) notice so the landlord could proceed with a sale. I also expressed interest in purchasing the property, but my offer was declined and no asking price was ever provided. The only positive experience was with Simon, who conducted inspections. He was always understanding and professional, especially regarding the ongoing maintenance issues that were not addressed by the landlord.

GoogleAbsolutely first class. We struggled to find a property to rent in this climate. From the off, Julie was incredibly helpful and managed to find us somewhere within days. Not only that, but all the communication with them. has been faultless; replying within hours to queries, sorting out our references, credit checks and guarantor checks within days. We were in the house less than two weeks after we viewed it. Everything was clearly laid out and explained to us at all points. Best lettings agent we've ever dealt with.

GoogleRacist team. They took us to 3 house viewing and there was no other person except us. The next morning as soon as they opened I said we want one of them they said it’s not available, asked for the 2nd one the lady told me the landlord doesn’t want to give it to us?!?! What?!?! How does the landlord even know I want it? When did you even ask the landlord if I’m just telling you?! So I asked about the third option, surprise surprise, it wasn’t available. We checked their website for one month and we saw how they reduced the price of our 1st and 2nd choice since nobody was going to rent them. How racist can you be to act like this?! You lost those landlords money as they had to reduce their price for other people and you also are terrible people. Just for your knowledge it’s 2024 and nobody’s race is better than others.

GoogleMade to feel we had the property. Only to be told there was other applications to go through. Even tho there was nothing wrong with ours and ours was first. Told to wait over thee weekend and finally was told late Monday. Was made to feel like second class citizens

GoogleI have recently Rented a 2 Bedroom Property from Mahoney and Gray Letting Agents Based in Chorley. I could not fault the Service they gave if I had any Problems ie. The Boiler stopped Working on Good Friday and I heard back straight the same Day via email and the Plumber came out the very next Day on Bank Holiday Saturday of Easter Weekend. They are very Professional and Responsive and could not fault the Service they offered for a Lettings Agent one bit. All the Team there are fantastic. I couldn't recommend them enough for a Letting Agents. Suzanne Quinn

GoogleI rented my flat via this Estate Agent for three & a half years & wow!! Best Estate Agents I've ever dealt with. I had a couple of issues with my water & my heating which were sorted straight away with no problems. I'd recommend in a heartbeat. Their fees are the most reasonable too.
