GoogleWe recently purchased a property marketed by Ince Williamson, and we cannot thank Stephen, Ian and the ladies in the office enough. There were some complications with regards to conveyancing, but Ince Williamson understood and stepped in to help us conclude the purchase which became very stressful - they didn't have to assist so far as they did, but it was so appreciated

My experience with Ian, Laura and the other persons in the office was far superior to one I had with another well known Chorley estate agent. GoogleAbsolutely disgusted in the manner we were treated by the staff in the shop and in the gentleman that came out to do the viewing, from the second he arrived he was dismissive and abrupt. He arrived late with no appology and acted like we were not worth his time, definitely won't be using or recommending this company to anyone ever. How they can still be in business when they treat customers like this is beyond me.

GoogleFound the staff to be rude when on the phone, cant speak for the overall service but if the most basic thing is poor I wouldn't expect it to improve.. I would suggest some telephone training as all other agents in the area have been very pleasent to deal with and asked a lot of important questions in comparison to Ince Williamson whom asked none and couldnt wait to get off the phone.

Their communication has been clear and prompt throughout. On me leaving they couldn't do enough to assist me in anyway they could. I would highly recommend them as an estate agent.
