GoogleWe had a great service from the team at Maxwell Douglas, from initial valuation from Mark, to completion. We had an offer on our house within 4 days of putting it on the market. Russell was professional, courteous and extremely helpful during what turned out to be a very stressful and time-sensitive sale process. He always returned our calls promptly (which I sadly cannot say for other Estate Agents) and was proactive throughout.

GoogleA very professional Estate Agents in Chipping Norton who have just sold my house. Very attentive in a positive way, clear understanding of the Vendor's needs and extremely good at communicating, which made the whole experience seamless. I cannot say this about other Estate Agents I have used in the past, so full marks to the team at Maxwell Douglas and Russell specifically.

GoogleWe appointed Maxwell Douglas to sell our Mothers house. Throughout the process they were professional and responsive. I particularly valued the preparation they had completed on similar properties before our first meeting, along with their understanding of how to best use Right Move as a marketing tool. Their deep knowledge of the local market helped guide us on pricing and activity in the local market. I found the entire team very approachable and responsive to any concerns or questions. In short they delivered what they promised in a professional and thoughtful way. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

GoogleRussell was openly rude to myself and my partner - sighed down the phone at us when we asked basic questions - we ended up not using this company because he would have been too difficult to work with
