GoogleRecently sold my house through the Chipping Norton office and they were a delight to deal with from start to finish. Constant communication, constructive feedback and honest advice. Every other agent I've dealt with put their own interest and securing the fee above all else, but Matthew and Henry were patient and professional throughout and made the extremely stressful process of downsizing (nearly) hassle free.

GoogleIn a word - awful. Very condescending attitude and really not very willing to help make a sale, more of a take it or leave it attitude. This is the sort of Estate Agent that does the industry's reputation no good,. I feel for anyone who wants to buy a property through Fairfax and if you're selling a property, well, even worse. Customer service fairly non-existent.
