Really trustworthy, efficient team of people. Good at keeping the landlord informed with any issues, but they just get on with dealing with stuff so you don't have to be involved. The tenants are also offered an excellent service.

GoogleI am surprised and sorry to hear of your bad experiences. I have used them in the past and found them to be excellent. I have recently rented a flat through their chippenham branch, and found the rental part very good.
