GoogleDealing with Dee at this office has been incredibly frustrating. She has an attitude both over phone and email, is unhelpful and doesn't seem to understand customer service. I would be put off enquiring about other properties this office advertises due to the interaction with this individual. She shouldn't be in a client facing role. Very disappointing.

GoogleMany thanks to their Chippenham office who did all they could to ensure my mother's flat purchase went smoothly. We were let down by the seller's solicitors, causing a delay in the move, but Strakers held our hand through that, and helped to chase things as much as they could.

Although I didn't buy through Strakers on this occasion, but viewed through them, I have sold through Chris Brooking previously and it was an extremely positive experience. Chris has been a wonderful source of advice this time round and is extremely knowledgeable about the area and property generally; not just the market. He is willing to help when there's nothing in it for him and give a second opinion. This is one of the many reasons I'd choose Chris Brooking to sell my home and if you buy through him, he'll keep you well informed. He's honest, hard working, generous with his time and will treat your prospective buyers like gold. Thank you, Chris!

GoogleStrakers take care of everything in a professional, efficient yet friendly way. The staff on the Auction team go above and beyond to keep the client informed and reassured every step of the way. Also, the Lettings team are equally commendable. And it's an added bonus that Strakers offer a fully comprehensive, integrated service across Lettings, Sales and Auctions. I have used them to sell property in two Auctions with excellent results and also enjoyed the peace of mind from their Full Management service with a tenanted property. A previous agent I used was far inferior and I would strongly recommend Strakers over any other agents in Wiltshire.

GooglePurchased a house via strakers back when covid first hit. Both the seller and ourselves were obviously stressed and strakers staff made the whole process 10 times worse by telling us one thing and the seller something else. Unprofessional office staff. Only slightly redeemed by the fact that the lady who did the viewing was fantastic.
