GoogleThe best housing agent I’ve ever come across. Excellent service from start to finish, Michelle went above and beyond to help us settled in a lovely house in very short notice. The whole team is just friendly and responsive and always trying to help out. Wholeheartedly recommend for anyone looking to find a property in Chippenham!

FacebookThank you to all of the team including Andy, Adam, Ben & Rachel. We managed to sell our property and place an offer in on our new house listed with another estate agents moving in within 2 months... (we were in a 4 property chain & got the keys shortly before Christmas!) Amazing. We found Rachel knew more than what our solicitors did...they communicated well to us throughout the legal purchase process & worked well with our purchase agents. We want to take the opportunity to feedback on MA preferred solicitors, JS Law, (unfortunately our first time buyers used them) - they were slow and clunky and could have resulted in the house sale dragging on for longer if it wasn't pushed through and chased daily ("paperwork often went missing and the senior solicitor wasn't present to sign it off" was some of the updates from our solicitors). We appreciate MA receive a referral fee from JS Law - perhaps consider another firm for an overall better customer experience throughout? Okay moan over you'd be happy to hear! We wanted to wholeheartedly thank the team for professionally advertising our house, selling it in less than 2 weeks - for the sale price and helping the process along to get the keys for our house before Christmas. Thanks Team & we would highly recommend you all.

FacebookVery satisfied as a purchaser with my dealings with Michael, Lewis and other staff members. Particularly helpful in advising on the local area (being a purchaser unfamiliar with the locality), in arranging access to the vacant property for general, electrical and drainage surveys, and in facilitating necessary price negotiations.
Thanks so much for using our agency and taking the time to review us. May we all wish you many happy years in your new home

GoogleWe just wanted to thank you and your fantastic team for all the hard work and negotiating skills used on the sale of our property. From the initial contact when you valued the house all the way through to completion your team have been excellent, nothing was too much trouble and everyone was knowledgeable and helpfull making the whole process easier and less stressful. We came to Michael Antony hoping for a more friendly approach with local knowledge of the market and that’s is exactly what we got. I am confident we would not have received such a high level of experience, expertise or service had we gone with any other agent. We were also happy that you were able to secure us a property to let after our sale completed . A pleasure start to finish . I will recommend you to everyone and thank you again for your professional service

GoogleI have just completed my sale through Michael Antony and could not have asked for a more professional and helpful service. My sale was particularly difficult and I do not think that it would have completed without their constant help and updates. Thank you in particular to Sherry and Paula who were lovely to deal with and kept me calm when things got particularly stressful. Will definitely recommend Michael Antony to my family and friends.

GoogleBest Estate Agent around by far! We tried 3 others who were very unrealistic with the price. After Paula told us the correct price from the start we wish we hadn't of wasted 6 months with another agent telling us what we wanted to hear. Thanks again for your honesty and amazing service.
