GoogleThe experience with GWB Chippenham was fantastic. They marketed our property with care and professionalism, ensuring that prospective buyers understood all the relevant information and their photography was brilliant. The team also helped navigate some complex selling challenges and dealt with our leasehold property with diligence with continued updates of the progress at all times. I would highly recommend Goodman Warren Beck when considering a sale of your property

GoogleI recently purchased a property through Goodman Warren Beck and found the whole process very low stress. Lena was the agent I worked with and she was friendly, professional, honest and very knowledgeable about the properties and the area. Jennie was my main source of communication and she was always very clear in her communications, professional, contactable and efficient when dealing with any questions. Thank you Lena & Jennie. A very positive experience. I would certainly recommend and use Goodman Warren Beck again myself in future.

GooglePaul Warren is everything you would hope for in an estate agent, honest, trustworthy, proactive and highly responsive, with excellent local knowledge. He quickly understood my property and how best to position it in the market. Consequently we received multiple offers above the guide price. Inevitably a few curveballs arose during the sale process which Paul handled swiftly and with ease. Undoubtedly the best estate agent in Chippenham. Recommended unreservedly.

TrustpilotAbove and Beyond
The team at GWB were helpful and friendly throughout the process of buying our house. A big shout out and thank you to Charlie who pulled out all the stops to prevent us being delayed with completion when we viewed the house a week before and discovered the boiler was leaking! By some miracle he managed to find us a plumber and get the work done with no delay to us moving in. He went above and beyond and we are so grateful for all he did and to be in our family home.

GoogleI bought a flat from Goodman Warren Beck last year and I had a misleading experience from them. When I initially inquired /viewed the flat, the agent gave me incorrect information on several occasions regarding the remaining lease term. The actual lease term was hundreds of years less than what the agent had told me and this fact was only discovered months into the purchase process. Due to my circumstances, I had to go ahead with the flat purchase and if I had known what the true lease term was from day one I would of not gone with the flat. When I contacted them about my discovery of the lease, I was met with no apology just "Ohh, Got the flat details mixed up with another". I made a complaint against these estate agents and they just fobbed me off for a month and wasted my time. Avoid these estate agents!!!! They are using misleading practices and don't care and they should be reported to governing bodies. There is nothing good about Goodman Warren Beck.

GoogleLet's be honest, moving house is a pain! So thank god for estate agents like Goodman Warren Beck. I mainly dealt with Paul, Charlie and Jenny and I must say that from beginning to end these guys were fantastic. Every question I had was answered, I was always kept up to date with proceedings and it never felt like I was being fobbed off! If I ever sell up again, I wouldn't hesitate in signing up with GWB. Great team, great service. Thank you for making my move so much easier.

GoogleWe sold our house in April 2023 with Goodman Warren Beck. We first came across Charlie 4 years ago when we were looking for our first home and we’re struck by how he stood out compared to other estate agents we had showing us around. Unfortunately the house we went on to buy wasn’t sold with GWB however we knew that when we would be looking to move again that we would go back to use Charlie to sell, and we were right to as he didn’t disappoint. Our house was sold within a week of being on the market and we were overwhelmed with offers. Once we had chosen a buyer, we were handed over to Jennie who we also met when searching houses. Again, the house we went on to buy was not with GWB as we went on to buy a new build, however the dealings with both Charlie and Jennie throughout the process had been second to none. We even managed to get from reservation to exchange within 45 days (alongside the help of our amazing solicitor who had been recommended to us by GWB). We can not thank them enough, we had a stress free move and very grateful for the top service provided by the whole team!

TrustpilotThe team at GWB are amazing
The team at GWB are amazing. Clear, honest, working hard to get the best for every party. They made our house move a delight. They felt like friends; cheer leading and supporting us all the way through the sale of our house. They were realistic about the flaws in our property and educated the viewers apropriately so time wasn't wasted with non genuine viewers. Their knowledge of the Chippenham housing market is second to none.
