Googledont use them, never return any calls or email, spoke to head office who are even worse. martin the manager is completely useless and shows aggression when confronted. It takes them more than a week to get back to you to clarify if notice has been served to a tenant who is not paying rent. Furthermore nothing can be done at branch level and therefore he has to revert to head office office every time he needs to know what is going on. What is the point of being a manager....What a joke honestly do NOT USE THEM.
