We thought going with a smaller firm might be a risk due to not having enough staff to deal with all the enquiries, but that was absolutely not the case. In fact, it turned out to be a huge advantage. As Kenton deals with all the properties, he knows them all inside and out, and you don’t get stuck with someone in the office who has no idea about the property you’re talking about.
He was professional and personal. His communication was excellent throughout. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

GoogleWe used Kenton Budd to sell my aunt's house when she went into a care home. Given that we live 100 miles away and the pandemic prevented us from being very hands-on, we chose Kenton as he was friendly, very knowledgable, and experienced: much more reassuring than the other estate agent we interviewed.
