GoogleI cannot recommend Wilkins Vardy highly enough, I have just used them for the second time, this time to sell my father's property. Within three days of it going on the market there were five offers placed, two substantially over the asking price and the house has just been sold to a fantastic couple who have been a pleasure to sell to. From the start, all the team have been outstanding, and in particular Dan Elliott who did the valuations and set everything up incredibly quickly to hit the market running and tailored the property to the right buyers and Sarah Clark who went above and beyond to help and advise with my bombardment of questions (sorry Sarah!) and was a vital link between myself and the buyers (who also praised her very highly too I should add) this allowed them to ask all the questions they needed as they were buying from out of the area and for me to get the answers they required. You cannot get this sort of service with budget estate agents, and although going to a top-class estate agent may cost a little more, it is worth every single penny. Even despite the COVID situation and Christmas/New Year break in between, Wilkins Vardy had me a choice of five buyers in three days and from hitting the market through all the surveys, searches and all the usual administration, the whole process has taken under 3 months to sell a high-value property to a wonderful couple at above the asking price whilst being supremely professional and incredibly helpful throughout. Thank you.

GoogleThe service I received from Wilkins Vardy has been absolutely excellent. Ryan came to value my house, I had had 3 or 4 valuations and Ryan was by far the most professional honest and friendly one of them all. He wasn't pushy, just really genuine. I am so very glad I chose him. Krystyne then took over and helped me agree an offer. What an absolute star, she kept me fully informed throughout the sale and went above and beyond her duties. She is lovely and friendly and kept me calm when stress descended, nothing was ever too much trouble for Krystyne, she even helped my sellers with a problem they were having to ensure a smooth completion, which, thanks to her is happening in 4 days time. Krystyne is a wonderful person and a very valuable asset for Wilkins Vardy. I would recommend everyone to use them without a doubt.

They were very well organised with the valuation, photography, brochure creation, booking of viewings and the whole sale to completion process. They kept in touch constantly and the regular text updates were an efficient way of keeping me informed of progress. Krystyne Oxley was particularly helpful and always followed up on any queries and got back to me quickly. Would highly recommend them if you are looking to sell a property!
