I decided to use WT Parker after they were recommended to me by a friend. The previous estate agent was a let down! From the start of the process of selling the house, Rachael and the team provided a fantastic service which continued throughout the process. Even when the house fell through due to no fault of our own Rachael was still so positive and went straight back to the drawing board with viewings confirmed on the same day. Absolutely brilliant team. From the outset Marc gave us a really good valuation, took fantastic pictures which resulted in our home being offered on within 3 weeks of being on the market, it had previously been on the market for 9 months with another estate agent with only 2 viewings. Once it was under offer Rachael took over and was excellent. Our solicitor and the buyers solicitor were absolutely dreadful but Rachael was constantly upto date with everything and did her upmost to help answer all queries and ensure there was communication between the solicitors. She went over and above her duties to help the sale complete and my purchase happen. I honestly believe if we had used any other estate agent our chain would have collapsed due to how awful the solicitors turned out to be but the team at parkers were incredible. I would not hesitate to recommend they. You get top class service from them for a very good price. Thank you so much Rachael and Marc for everything!

They do not ring you back when they say they will, I had to chase them for information. They clearly do not know any information on the property's they are letting, as it took them about 3- 4 weeks (of me chasing them for them to tell me the property) to tell me the property doesn't except kids. I had told them on the first phone call we had two kids and they asked me twice after thT who would be living in the property if we got it. They hadn't even met me or my partner before making any decision, all the intention we had was via phone call or email.

I decided to try WT Parker after feeling rather let down by another agent. What a revelation! Not only did they actually do what we agreed, it was done professionally, efficiently, and precisely. I was selling a farm of approximately 110 acres plus buildings. They came up with a plan, stuck to the agreed plan, and it worked perfectly. They had customers on their books waiting to view the various lots before we had even signed the contract. Communication was fantastic, and we had accepted offers in no time.
