GoogleI chose Strada above other estate agents as they were friendly and helpful and also their fee was a good price. The house sold on the first day of viewing with two offers. Lockdown did not cause a problem as Sharon was always on the end of the phone to liaise with both buyers and their solicitors which she does very well. Great service and lovely people.

GoogleWell what can i say about Strada estate agents other than they are amazing. We have just completed on our property after 3 people messing us about and finally the 4th buyer competing yesterday. Throughout sharon has remained positive and kept us believing the right people would come along. We can't forget Jamie working hard in the background they are an amazing team. Strada have sold 2 houses for us and we bought our current house through them so my comments are based on experience and not just a one off purchase. Sharon your such a star and we will miss our chats

Jamie put us at ease as soon as he arrived to take the house photos, very friendly and professional and produced excellent photos, even with me panicking about the weather. We got viewers within a few days and an amazing offer which we accepted after only 4 days on the market. GoogleStrada were brilliant when handling the sale of my house. My house had been on the market for around 3 months with a different estate agent, with no offers and a number of viewings not turning up. When I spoke to Strada they came out and chated to me about what they could do to encourage a sale. They took much better pictures and put together a better advert. They told me they were confident they would sell the property and they did so within a week. Towards the end of my sale process, the buyer's solicitor seemed to be slowing down the process for no reason. When I raised this with Strada they were straight on the case and contracts were exchanged within a week, thanks to Strada taking the lead. I would highly recommend Strada to anyone looking to buy or sell a house!
