GoogleBrilliant site. Liz is fantastic and helped us every step of the way purchasing our new home and making it perfect. We have now moved in, extremely happy with the house and any (very few) minor issues have being dealt with very quickly by Mark on site who is fantastic. So happy to be settling into my new home.

GoogleCustomer care don't get back to you after multiple emails, when you still require sign offs at your home. They also like to advertise they have cheaper homes, but I'd strongly recommend to take that with a pinch of salt since the reduced prices of people selling their homes on rightmove originally purchased from one of their other estates would suggest otherwise. If you want a poor customer service and plenty of snags which may or may not get rectified, this is the place for you.

GoogleThese are not affordable starter homes. Also, they have a set criteria for the kind of people they want to attract to buy these homes, young families with healthy deposits. My father in law enquired and they told him he was too old he is in his late 60s, sounds like age discrimination to me!!!!
