Communication is top level, we always know where we're at and most importantly they keep you updated and don't leave you in the dark. GoogleAll the staff were and are very welcoming and supportive. As it is a small team if the person allocated to you is not available someone else can step in to help. Therefore the communication between the team is excellent. No enquiry is too trivial to be dealt with. All the members have a lot of patience and understanding.
