Dear Joan Hatton, thank you for taking the time to talk me through your experience with our lettings team. I am sorry to hear that we couldn’t help with your property search on this occasion and the feedback you provided is very much appreciated. I have discussed this with the senior management team here at S&P and we are very much looking to improve the process and the extent of our communication with current and prospective tenants. Kind regards, Strutt & Parker
