We worked with Staunton Rook for our marketing and PR activities for almost 4 years and were very pleased with the service they provided. They demonstrated strong strategic understanding, responsiveness, and professionalism throughout the engagement. Deliverables were consistently high quality, deadlines were met, and communication was clear and proactive, thanks to Rachael, Karen and Sadie who worked tirelessly for us. As our business priorities evolved, it was the right time for us to move in a different direction. That said, we value the contribution they made during our time working together and would not hesitate to recommend them to organisations looking for a capable and reliable marketing and PR partner.

TATTENHALL DENTAL SAY THANK YOU ! Oh my goodness, words/phrases I would use to describe staunton rook - organised, professional, proactive, honest, thorough, professional, helpful, non nonsense approach to marketing, exceeds expectations, available, kind, approachable, understanding, zero pressure. Thank goodness we found this place after getting messed around something rotten - and completely ripped off by another agency naming no names - ben seas design (don't get us started!). Really pleased I found this place, Archie is a great force for the business and has lifted this huge weight from my shoulders - thanks for being there to guide us.

We have been working with Staunton Rook Marketing for over 12 months now and I am very impressed. Rachael has been our accounts director throughout and she has been a pleasure to work with. She is very fast to respond to emails and any website amends and updates she makes pretty much straightaway. And also the website looks great. www.flintonblythe.co.uk Great company! Of course I would recommend! LETS GOO!!

Staunton Rook was recommended to me by a friend, so I contacted them in relation to producing stationary (pricelists, appointment cards and loyalty cards) for my nail salon, Polished2Perfection Frodsham. I was impressed with the quick turnaround and high-quality of the finished material. I wouldn't hestiate to recommend them if you're looking for design and print production for your business.

I teamed up with Staunton Rook for a marketing package that covered brand design, web development, graphic design, advertising, and more. They did a fantastic job boosting my visibility across Cheshire and the whole of the UK. Highly recommend them for any marketing needs!

Rachael and the Team at Staunton Rook, I cannot thank them enough for building my dream website. I’m absolutely delighted. Despite them having little knowledge of the dental sector they were fully engaged in understanding the content, and created a stunning yet functional design. They were engaged with every aspect of the dental information required to produce a seamless result. They took my brief and have delivered a site that’s beyond my expectations!

Absolutely appalling company to deal with, we were looking to outsource our marketing to a company. The sales person certainly talk the talk, convinced us that they were the best to deliver for us. It became very clear that they just had no interest in the business, or any time or level of understanding to get to know who we were, the initial output that they produced was of such a poor standard it cost us a lot of lost revenue, and then to top it off they wanted to charge us despite not doing any further work. Despite numerous attempts at contact, and then further attempts to work with them, they just continued to produce poor advertising material in a non-timely fashion and then just disappeared. Six months later randomly, they contact us asking us to pay a bill for services that they had not done. We are now engaged in legal recourse , do not touch this marking company with a barge pole

Without doubt, one of the worst commercial experiences I've ever encountered. Inept and egotistical leadership combined with a property product whereby the paying clients are treated with disdain. Light fittings not functioning, windows not operational, tired decor and missing safety features along with a property insurance policy which expired many many years ago. It's a miracle this place hasnt been shut down

Staunton Rook is a highly competent and experienced marketing company that has exquisitely converted our Vision into our brand and website. We have engaged several marketing companies in our time but none have met the standard of Staunton Rook.

My company and I, Greensleeves Lawn Treatment Experts, have worked very closely with Staunton Rook for almost 10 years now. They have supported our business with marketing collateral, strategy and website hosting during that time very well. Rachael our account manager has made it her business to get to know our business very well and has been very ably supported most recently by the very enthusiastic and capable Amy. Communication is always good, creative is always good and delivery is always timely. We will continue to work with Staunton Rook and I would be happy to recommend them to anybody looking for a "marketing partner".
