I really cannot believe this agency is still in business.I instructed them to market my rental property. They do not communicate with you, no one seems to know how to use a telephone and they are wholly non pro- active- just the qualities you do not want in an estate agency! I made an appointment to meet at my house for up to date pictures to be taken. I drove a 160 mile round trip for the meeting and they did not show up. No call no text no contact from them to say that they could not make the meeting. I had to call them to discover that the staff member could not come. I can honestly say that I have never encountered such poor customer service in my life!

We sold our property with PDA. Mary, Chris and the team were amazing. They kept in contact with us and followed up everything as required speeding up the process to complete. Chris even recommend a man and a van and the removal guys were also great. We also used PDA solicitors and they were also excellent and processed the legal process quickly and efficiently. Told us we were the first to apply and view for a flat then get a phone call saying it’s gone, said we had emails regarding our inquiries about the flat which I never got neither did my partner, it’s absolutely ridiculous, only time we had a call about the flat was to say it was gone any other time we had to contact them, shocking company

Honestly can't say much about them, we asked for them to come and value our house as we wanted to sell. When they came round it was a quick look around the house a value given and then gone. Poor service. Bad communication. Rude staff.

Me and my partner paid a holding fee on a house. This house was then given away and PDA refused to refund the holding fee. Mary was incredibly rude throughout. PDA are very poor at communicating. They never returned any of my calls and were very slow at replying to my emails.

I’ve been asking for work to be done for over a year now. The house is falling to bits. PDA do absolutely nothing about house maintainence but still expect you to pay the full rent. I have one room covered in mold. They’re not in the slightest interested. Because if they were the work would’ve been done by now. Absolute shambles. They sure wouldn’t live in these conditions in their own homes so why do other people have to suffer?
