New Way Estates Chester reviews

We put our house on the market with Dave in January. It sold the following day. Excellent, professional service. He recommended a solicitor to us . They also were excellent . Professional, excellent communication and a smooth transaction . We did have issues not related to the estate agent or lawyers , but with problems that you can come up with buying a new property sometimes . The lawyers worked extremely hard to sort things efficiently. In this unprecedented time , none of us knew what was going to our purchases and sales . However we were kept informed and all went well . Thank you Dave so very much 🌟

I recently sold my house with Dave at New Way. My house sold really quickly for a great price. Nothing was too much trouble, Dave went out of his way to support me & explain things when needed. As a single working mother this really helped. I am now in my new home & can say New Way are the best estate agents & I would recommend them to anyone.

Dave has provided nothing short of a 5 star service. He smoothed over and managed the stress of selling my late mum’s house from start to finish. Having bought and sold a few properties over the years with larger established agents, I know how difficult it is is. Not so with New Way Estates-it really is true to its name. None of this ‘we’re in a meeting we’ll get back to you’, he makes you feel like you are a priority. His knowledge of the property, area, prices, and the whole process is outstanding and Dave is totally professional in his manner. Look no further, I’d never use another estate agent again.

Dave was more than helpful whilst selling our flat in Chester city center, He kept us up to date with any news he heard and was always more than happy to help with any questions we had. We had over 5 different estate agents speak with us when we were choosing who to go with and myself and my fiancee both felt that Dave was the most honest and reliable to deal with. Perfect service provided and would most definitely recommend!

I've moved house quite a few times over the years and my experience of Estate Agents was they do little to zero other than putting an advert on Rightmove and occasionally answer the phone or get back to you. This isn't Dave from New Way! The phone is answered 7 days a week and if there is a problem, question or challenge, its dealt with promptly there and then. A second to none service that is worth every penny of the (very competitive) fees they charge. If I move house again, New Way is the first phone call i'll make.

Outstanding. Made the process of selling my house so simple and straightforward. No pressure no pushy Estate agent. Dave is fantastic. Can contact at anytime. Explains things so easily. Price is unbelievable. Went live on the Friday viewings Saturday sold that day. They are so genuine. Before you go anywhere else go to New Way Estates. Best decision you'll make.

Our experience with New Ways Estates has been second to none, Dave sold our house within 5 days and he was always on the other end of the phone. The main reason we finally went with New Ways above other estate agents is we really trusted in their core values and I can’t recommend this company enough for customer service. If you would like a stress free, friendly, reliable company to sell your house then I sincerely recommend New Ways and I don’t usually write reviews so 5 stars from us! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

recently sold with Dave and I couldn't have asked for a better agent. He was available every day and evening 7 days a week and always gave sound advice based on his years of experience. He negotiated brilliantly between ourselves and our buyers so that the transaction continued to run smoothly, not only this but he charged us less then a third of what most other agents quoted us !

I have used New Way Estates for 3 transactions. We had such great service initially selling our house that when we decided to move again we went back to them. Not only did they sell our second house quickly and efficiently but they found us a new house to buy that hadn't even got to market. Dave and Dom are both dependable and hard working, and they go the extra mile for a fantastic service.

An estate agent for people that don't like estate agents! Dave was fantastic - nothing was too much, really decent guy and the opposite to the smarmy estate agent reputation. Price was good and we'd 100% use again. Thanks Dave!

Fantastic, helpful, friendly, trustworthy and easy to deal with. I must admit I was a bit nervous about the “free” part expecting a bill somewhere, but it’s not come!! Without Dave I am sure the sale of our house would have fallen through a number of times, he was contactable any time and happy to help, he went above and beyond on many occasion speaking to different solicitors to hold things together. We are so greatful to new way estates, and hope more people choose to use them in the future!

Great service from Dominic and Dave selling my property. They were very helpful and ensured the process all went smoothly. Highly recommend to anyone selling a property in Chester, and great price too. I was skeptical at first with them being so much cheaper than other agents, but it saved me a lot of money with no compromise on service whatsoever. Thanks guys!

With estate agents you're often left with a feeling that they didn't really work hard enough to justify their % cut, but with Dave at New Way I genuinely feel like he deserves it and some!
