Ian recently brokered the sale of the lettings arm of my business, and I couldn’t be happier with how he handled it. His professionalism, discretion, and calm guidance throughout the process were exactly what was needed. He ensured everything progressed smoothly, and his advice was consistently spot-on. When one buyer pulled out due to their house sale falling through he found another buyer within 2 weeks and negotiated to achieve a sale close to the asking price. I have also recommended him professionally and have always had positive feedback.

GoogleAs we were selling at distance and the property was vacant this could have been very stressful and complicated. Ian really made it painless and was a genuine pleasure to deal with keeping us informed and dealing with any issues that came up quickly and efficiently. Would say they are in danger of giving estate agents a good name.
