GoogleI have recently used Bolton Birch for renegotiating a contactual five yearly rent review. From the moment I called I was welcomed, spoken to in a professional manner and was able to speak with someone regarding my matter immediately.
Mr Jonty Goodchild was able to quickly understand my requirements and establish the next steps that needed to be undertaken. He was clear in the information he required and communicated with me in a clear and timely manner throughout the process.
It was clear from the outset that Mr Goodchild was an experienced chartered surveyor with experience in the field. He had a good understanding of the local market, and thus was able to give be measured, sage advice with regards to the likely rental uplift.
I would highly recommend Bolton Birch, particularly Mr Goodchild, to anyone who needs a chartered surveyor and have already recommended the firm to my own family!

GoogleI can not recommend these guys enough. They have been instrumental over the past 8 years in helping me secure perfect office space to launch my business and then continued to provide flexibility & assistance to enable me to grow and expand. Nothing has been too much trouble and they have genuinely been an integral part in facilitating our growth. If you are looking at commercial space in and around Chester then let Jonty and his team help guide you - a great company to work with, thanks guys 👍

GoogleVery impressed. We have several properties managed by Bolton Birch and every time we ever need to know anything about progress or the status of rent collection or service charge etc, the answer comes back instantly. In truth, Bolton Birch knows more about our properties than we do! Very happy.
