Sorting a door fault

A technician (Lee) came to look at my front door after I reported a defect. He was personable, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He listened to my explanation fully and explained the reasons he thought I was suffering from the issue. He investigated and swiftly fixed the issue making it clear to me what he had done and what needed to be done in the future to ensure that the defect would be properly fixed. I’d recommend Lee very highly and would like him to come back to continue the fix when the time comes.

Anwyl have been great

Anwyl have been great, Gyllian and Lauren were fantastic throughout the purchasing process especially given that my journey was far from straightforward due to a few issues with my buyers and nothing to do with Anwyl. They did everything they could to help and were very supportive and kept me up to date with any updates. Isaac has been brilliant, always checking in to make sure everything is ok and no issues. Had very few snags and the ones I did have were resolved quickly.

Where are all the Lee’s of the world

Lee visited my house on 21st & 22nd of November to rectify some faults. I would like to say what a polite and clean worker he is. Nothing was to much trouble, he just got on with the job. I only wish Lee could complete the rest of my outstanding issues with the property, like the abysmal gloss and emulsion paint work, the trip hazards in the bathrooms, the shoddy joinery work especially to the staircase and door frames, the seepage of oil from the silicone into the paint work which makes it look dirty, the list goes on. Lee is very knowledgeable across various trades and is an asset to Anwly. I wish that one of the Directors of the Company would dare to visit some of their purchasers just to see what they go through as a result of shoddy tradesmen. The painters have now been in on three occasions and their work still needs correcting. Where are all the Lee’s of this world.

Exceptional Sales and Site Teams - the Fairways

We spotted a ready Anwyl home for sale in the Fairways and moved in with everything settled within 3 months. This incredible speed and smooth process was made possible due to the excellent services provided by its sales and site teams. At the sales office, Helen readily provided every detail we need on the development and the available homes. She even worked overtime to take us to the houses in the site and offered exceptional assistance we never expected. With her thorough understanding on our needs and thoughtfulness, she gave concrete and useful advice with any questions or queries we raised. Every promise and assurance she made on behalf of Anwyl was subsequently honoured, making the whole process of purchasing our home an easy, hassle free and pleasant one. Lauren and Sarah of her team were also very helpful.At the 4-week call after we moved in, Joe Turano, our site manager went through the snag report we have commissioned with us carefully and attentively, explaining in full details what would be repaired and what not. He even went beyond the report and arranged for repairing a broken kitchen floor tiles (which had skipped our notice) for us. Joe was highly efficient in coordinating the right technicians to fix or replace items in a timely and orderly manner. He also made follow-up calls or visits to check if the jobs were done and to make sure we were happy with the outcome. He even took up a few odd jobs himself and fixed those snags perfectly. Basing on our good experience, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend homes of Anwyl to interested parties.

Amazing Anwyl Experience

Overall we had a really good experience with Anwyl and we love our new home. We paid the reservation fee in June and moved in on the exact date they originally told us we would in September, there was no delays and everything was seamless.We dealt with Emily and Ken in the Maes Y Rhedyn office who were amazing throughout. They were so easy to contact, were super helpful with any queries and always very friendly - we couldn’t have asked for any better from them.We only had minor snags when we moved in which were either resolved really efficiently or really clear when/how they would be resolved.The Maes Y Rhedyn staff, particularly Emily and Ken, have made the experience of buying our first home so enjoyable and special, we can’t thank them enough.

Absolutely love my new home. Debbie is the sales office is friendly, welcoming and willing to answer any questions, and boy did she get pestered by myself. She was always happy to help and try accommodate in anyway possible. On moving in, the house had very little that needed doing to it which shows how hard the site team work. Once in, Ian and Pete were very attentive and any issues that arose they were sorted with no hesitation. They checked in regularly to make sure that everything was still ok and if there was anything else they could help with. Overall, in what is a very stressful time, the team on this site have been amazing and continue to be after being in my home two months. Would definitely recommend them.

The fairways - excellent site team

Overall my experience has been positive. Personally I wouldn't recommend using house to home to sell your old house as I found them to be a useless waste of time and annoyance. Also avoid the recommended solicitor - useless. After purchase the site team were really good at sorting out snags promptly. Most snags were minimal. Gaz was especially helpful in organising this work to be completed and letting people in to my house to complete work. Communication and understanding has been excellent from Gaz on this front which is always welcome. Thank you Gaz and site team!

From reserving our plot to moving in, and even with the minor issues we've encountered (mostly cosmetic and minimal), Anwyl has been absolutely incredible! They made the entire process simple and kept us informed every step of the way. The sales office ladies were lovely and welcoming, which made everything much better. Keith, in particular, deserves special mention as he went above and beyond in assisting us with minor issues and made multiple visits. He's exceptionally friendly and a true credit to the company!Furthermore, I must express my gratitude to the builders and everyone else involved in making the property beautiful. Their hard work and dedication are truly appreciated.Additionally, the customer care provided by Sophie has been fantastic. 4 starsWe are first time buyers and we were nervous about going through this process. Albeit a stressful and frustrating time in places, we are very happy with the quality of the house itself and with the builders work.Process from the beginning:We did an early bird purchase of our property. Being a first time buyer, we relied on the views of the sales team to aid us, and the process from the sales and legal side for us was stressful. We found that the sales team were more business focused than customer friendly and we were upset by them a few times throughout the exchange. We are glad that we used our own solicitor as we did have some issues with the legal side of the purchase with the signing of the contract. On a positive note, The sales team did keep good communication with us regarding updates of the progress. We would receive regular emails letting us know when to make choices and time frames for when things were getting completed. We do appreciate that buying a house is a stressful period for everyone, but we do wish that the sales team helped more to make the process easier and ease the stress for us and our families.The House Itself:Ian, the Site Manager is brilliant! When we received the house, it was exactly how we expected it to be. There were no major problems and only small snags which Ian had instantly pointed out and had them already booked in to be fixed (for example our mirror wardrobe door was cracked and he already had one on order for us to be fitted). Any other bits we found along the way, Ian made sure were completed efficiently and we cannot recommend him enough. Ian and the builders were and still are extremely helpful and kind from our first foundations walk to even now after the 4 week window. If this review was purely down to Ian and the build/quality of the house, it would be a 5 star Review! Either way, we would recommend Anwyl Homes.

Recently purchased a property at Winnington, Northwich. Prior to purchase Kelly and Marie were fabulous, friendly and very knowledgable, providing regular updates. Nothing was too much trouble. Post completion Keith and Scott, Site Managers, have been great, addressing a small number of snags in person and following them up to ensure they have been resolved. Both top blokes, very approachable and friendly & seem genuinely pleased to see you. On a couple of occasions we’ve had to contact the out of hours customer support team who again were great and were able to offer a swift resolution. Overall a great experience at Winnington, very happy.

Outstanding service from anwyl homes staff

We dealt with Stephanie and Samantha from the word go, they've both been unbelievable in there profession, kept us informed from the start right throughout the progress of our new fabulous home being built from scratch, along with regular pics,videos, phone calls, updates. We never had any reason to worry or be concerned over anything, we left it in there hands with no regrets whatsoever. Both Stephanie an Samantha are a huge asset an credit to anwyl homes we've popped into the Sales office a few times to do some measurements in the show home to match ours an nothing was ever to much for them. Stephanie done the official key hand over and was very helpful going around the house with me an Lisa checking over everything, she explained everything to us taking notes of any faults which to be honest were that minor not even worth mentioning, as our new home was better than what we expected. As with all new homes you can get a few minor issues or snags, we had virtually none an what we did have was nothing serious.These homes have been built to a very high standard throughout we went for quite a lot of upgrades which both Stephanie an Samantha took care of, and ensured we got exactly what we opted for.I've never known a house sale which is new build from start to finish to run so smoothly no delays at all or mishaps. Myself an Lisa can't thank Stephanie an Samantha enough, from the bottom of our hearts they've both equally been amazing, showing they're full proffionalisim throughout ensuring we was happy throughout the sale. If I could give them more than 5☆ I would.So if anyone is looking at buying a home off this developer I swear you will not regret it, we've spoken to a few residents who all feel the same I can't recommend this developer enough.So on behalf of me an Lisa we'd like to thank the girls and all the team involved in the background a massive thank you, from the start to the day we walked over the step to get our keys. The team on site @ Victoria Mills have been amazing. Gyllian & Lauren were professional, kind, helpful and informative, I used the recommended solicitors and the house purchase was wonderfully quick. On moving in Issac and the all the builders have been so friendly, incredibly helpful and always around to answer a question or help over the slightest query, they are a joy!
