GoogleFrom the very first viewing of what is now our forever home, James made us feel completely at ease. His enthusiasm, warmth, and charisma instantly put us in a positive frame of mind, and it genuinely felt like we had known him for years.
We loved the property from the moment we saw it and submitted an offer the same day. After a little back and forth, our offer was accepted within 24 hours. Throughout the entire process, James was outstanding. He was always available to offer advice, share useful tips, and even recommend trusted local tradespeople to help with our renovation plans.
James went above and beyond, actively liaising with the solicitors and keeping everything moving forward. His communication was excellent, and he generously gave his time whenever we had questions or needed reassurance.
Buying our first home was a huge milestone, and James made the experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. We are incredibly grateful for all his help and support and couldn't recommend him highly enough.

GoogleJames is an absolute star of an estate agent. He goes above and beyond in all aspects, supporting us from the very start of our house sale all the way through. He would be a bargain at twice the price. He was constantly available for all of our (many) questions. He provided welcome gifts, post sale gifts, and even cuddly toys for our kids. Beyond all of that, he is just a genuinely nice guy. If we ever move again I will definitely be using James.

He's the only estate agent I've ever come across who has been so helpful. Not only very informative on the property but the surrounding area. He also has an array of building knowledge and trades people at his fingertips! A great after service!
Overall, I think his service shows what estate agents should be, not the usual key in door and "this is the property'.
