We’ve had lots of issues with Reeds Rains, the flat wasn’t very clean when we moved in and yet the landlord wants to take a big chunk of our deposit now we’ve moved out even though it’s so much cleaner.

Hull Sutton BranchWe have already made a full complaint and received nothing but excuses in return. Poor service, experience, attitude from staff and knowledge of their own company. Just wanted to make other people aware not to use them in the future for house buying or selling. Very disappointing in a time of sadness for the world; we should be able to support each other.

I’ve used Reeds Rains a couple of times to sell my home. I’ve always found the staff very professional, friendly and helpful.Nothing is ever too much trouble for them which is a big bonus when buying / selling a house! They take the stress out of everything!! I wouldn’t use anywhere else !

Reddish branch...had a viewing today for a rental property and Claire was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding all the information on the apartment. Decided to take the property and visited branch immediately and dealt with Heather Gettings. Heather was extremely helpful, friendly and helped me on site to make my application easier and quicker. We used Reeds Rains in Bangor to let our property several times and have always received a good service. Sarah has been great and always found us excellent tennents. Some cheaper letting agents have opened in Bangor, but decided not to chance it as we have to date received a quality hassle free service. Would recommend.
