GoogleIf you are looking for an Estate Agent then look no further. We have had brilliant service from Bill and the team. From making sure the photos were right and retaking when they were not happy to arranging socially distanced viewings. The service has been outstanding. Every viewing has been followed up promptly and feedback received. I would highly recommend to any buyer or seller.
Thank you so much for your kind review Judith

GoogleCan't rate Emmatt Rundell highly enough. Bill and everyone there were personable and professional throughout and were pretty much the only reason our sale didn't fall through. They kept us updated, acting as a line of communication between ourselves and the buyers when both sets of conveyancers were completely useless and left both parties completely in the dark. Thank you very much to everyone there, by far the best experience we've had with any estate agents :-D
Thank you for your very kind review

GoogleWe bought a house from Bill and he was helpful in every sense of the word. He even showed us where to get surveyors quotations, leaving us to read the reviews and choose. A really helpful guy.

GoogleEmmatt Rundle did a great job marketing and selling our four bedroom detached house in Chester le Street. We were kept well informed about how viewings had gone, and throughout the selling process once they had found a buyer. Their charges were competitive and they were willing to assist in other areas e.g. recommendations for where to get an EPC certificate or conveyancing advice. We'd recommend Emmatt Rundle to anyone in the area thinking about selling their house.
