Absolute shambles with any assistance after agreeing to purchase, everyone blames everyone else. The process has so much room for improvement. Not happy and I haven't even moved in yet.

Appalling customer service where I am having to chase up the various trades people. No communication, care or consistency in anything. Site team unresponsive and promises not kept. A year on and amongst other things I am still waiting for things to be fixed that were highlighted before we moved in. Very little care at all once they have your money and a real lack of any organisation at any stage

I recently moved to Fairfield Gardens and was pleased with excellent standard of finish when I moved in any snags were minor and have been dealt with quickly and efficiently by the Site Team and Customer services team, it is a 'child friendly' development with an established sense of community.I joined Bannatynes Gym (Just across the road) and Cycle to Letchworth Train station every week day.
