GoogleI bought a rental property with WhiteHeather after receiving good advice from Chris about where to buy as I live in Shropshire.
Chris then found my tennants and even though I chose to manage the property myself he recommended competent local tradesmen to deal with any problems
I have just decided to sell the property 10 years later and Chris valued and marketed the property perfectly
It sold and completed within 5 months had. Christmas not been in the middle it would have been sooner!
Chris is professional and friendly and always approachable
I would recommend Chris and his team at WhiteHeather 100%

GoogleWhiteheather Estates has been looking after my house since 2019. They were very quick to find me my first tenant. As I live in London, I needed a company who would take a care of house and make sure all problems would be resolved quickly. I always had great communication with the whole team. I want to say a big thank you to Steve, Chris and the rest!! My Experience with Whiteheather has been nothing but great.

GoogleMany thanks for White Heather Estate Agents for helping us acquire our first home! Shout out to Chris, our estate agent, who had been very reliable from the very beginning when he made a virtual house tour (since we used to live back in London) to the moment he drove to the house we temporarily stayed at here in the Wirral, to personally handover the keys! Best of luck to all your future transactions and more power to the whole team!👍

GoogleIf I could give less than 1 star I would. Another agent that is trying to milk tenants by not refunding fees that they have no right to keep. Avoid this company like the plague!!!
The response from White Heather about this complaint tells you all you need to know about this company. A company desperate to unlawfully generate revenue as opposed to providing decent customer service.
All information was provided as requested and in full, including bank statements, payslips etc.
All communication recorded as well as conversations on the phone showed that the fee was refundable and legal advice has confirmed this.
As soon as this was questioned, my email address was blocked from sending them emails. I've attached the image which shows my email was marked as spam.
A Court Claim has been submitted and look forward to seeing this resolved. Should you wish to stop proceedings, you know my number to call me back and return the fee you took unlawfully for work you didn't even undertake.
As above, avoid like the plague!!! :)

As you are so keen to give us a poor review why not tell the world why we couldn't progress with your application? We have only ever withheld fees when people have provided false and misleading information or when they have withdrawn from the process. You were advised at outset that the application fee was non-refundable.

GoogleChris demonstrated a wealth of knowledge, experience and most importantly for me an eagerness to keep me up to date with the whole process. As a first time buyer Chris elevated any concerns and worries I had and talked me through the whole process. The entire team at white Heather responded to my communications in a timely manner with complete professionalism. This company stands out in the local area and deserves more recognition for their outstanding work and dedication to their clients. Thank you all!

GoogleWhite Heather managed a rental property for me for about 10 years and were great at communicating over any issues - often suggesting solutions that were in the best interest of both me and the tenant. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Very professional from top to bottom - no hesitation in recommending them.

GoogleYou can tell this is a family business. Great personal touch and they take their time to really show you property properly the first time. I only had to view once as they give me confidence and time during my walk through's to make an informed decision. Thank for for supporting me through the process and also navigating some challenge conversations with the seller following the survey. Very happy with the support and clear communication with my purchase.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleQuite possibly the worst tinpot company I’ve ever had the misfortune to deal with. I had a problem with a property, and was threatened with court action if I requested a second opinion on there refusal to meet there LEGAL requirements. Major problems with the property from day 1. You’d be better off living in a shop doorway, than using these people. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
