Tim Rickitt and his team have a wealth of experience of the Chester property market. We selected Rickitt after discussing our property with three other agents. Our choice was an easy one having considered the suggested sale price, the outstanding marketing material, the staffs local knowledge and the central location of Rickitt’s office.
The sales process was straight forward and the communication was first rate, giving us regular updates and honest feedback after each viewing. Our property was sold within the estimated suggested time period in a slow pre Brexit market. This is the best estate agent experience we have had having sold a total of 8 properties.
