Melissa Gallagher from Savills, has been the most helpful and proactive estate agent that I have ever met, and I have met large numbers!From the get go she has been quick to respond to queries and provides super helpful answers. However, she has gone the extra mile to contact third party surveyors and contractors and pull together their reports on our behalf.She has also been great at communicating up and down the chain, chasing other agents and solicitors alike, to get milestone dates such as exchange and completion agreed and over the line.On top of this she has been easily contactable and good fun.

TrustpilotCommercial Property Management team do not seem to want to resolve issue
Savills manage the land behind my house and I emailed them in June about a tree on that property that was leaning dangerously and if it fell would damage both mine and my neighbours house. They said a tree survey was being done in August but heard nothing back from them. Chased in both September and October and was told they are waiting for quotes but no timelines or updates given. The tree needs to be removed asap and I can’t believe it would take over 3 months to get quotes etc. I am now having to email a third Regional Facilities Manager to deal with my concerns as they keep changing and no one seems to want to help resolve the issue.

We’ve been renting from Savills’s for over a year now and been having a great experience since. Very efficient and friendly service from Adel, our property manager. Inspections are done in a friendly and professional way. I haven’t had to report many things but when I have, there has been a workman round within a couple of days. Any issues have been dealt with quickly. I would recommend them to anyone.Thank you!

GoogleSavills helped us to sell our house and find us a forever home. They were professional, knowledgeable and reliable. They will give you the best advice, they will listen to you and will accommodate your needs. We had a first-class experience with them. The team was amazing. They were always there for us, answering our questions and solving any issue we got during the process. From my point of view, they are the most cost-effective option available. It is a stressful process, but if you want to save yourself stress and headaches, don't hesitate, just go for them.

Absolutely awful, do not rent with them!!! Their whole process is extremely outdated, slow and very unreasonable. The people who work there (or at least the ones I have encountered) are not doing their job at all, they don't even reply to emails and when you go into an office they say you should email...You are pretty much left on your own and doing everything by yourself, would never ever rent anything through them anymore!

Savills Ireland. Utterly disgraceful. Agents never reply email or pick up phone. Reception won't accept you in without appointment and won't give you any appointment. After weeks trying to contact them, and finally a positive agreement, we wasted time in collecting the documents required to only be rejected at the end for no reason. Outrageous.

Poor property management. I have issues with a new flat and it's been two months and no response. The issues keep increasing despite being a new built and their property management team are non-responsive and inefficient.It has been 7 days since my bathroom is unusable. No one is yet to contact me for repairs and emails to the property manager seems useless.

Savills rented me an apartment that is completely unliveable. It has mold everywhere and smells horrible. Savills never inspected the unit to ensure it was fit for habitability. Every room has multiple issues that were never disclosed. These issues make 50 percent of the flat unusable. Of 2.5 bathrooms, 1.5 are not fit for use. The toilets don't flush paper or other things. The mold has caused severe respiratory issues and migraines. I've had to go to A&E with severe asthma attacks. A professional cleaner came in for 5 minutes and started coughing and sneezing and said this was one of the worst places she's ever seen. The appliances don't work. Instead of letting me out of the lease, they insist we should pay their fees. They never even provided an inventory or ensured the flat was cleaned. They did nothing on this property. They don't care about tenants. They care about money. I moved here for a job and I've told my employer to advise against using Savills ever. Please use a different letting agent.

We rented our flat in Twickenham and decided to use Savills. Our agent was Sophie Candlin, she found us a tenant super quick and got us £200 a month more than the last let. Even the old tenants said how good she was on the site visit. Very slick operation with terrific service. We will be staying with Savills for sure.

I accepted an offer on my house which fell through at the last minute. I was devastated but my Savills agent stepped in and took a very positive view of the matter. Within ten days they had found another buyer. This was a client who’s house they had sold. The agents know their clients and they do their homework.
