We had an unfortunate situation with a person who was renting our flat. All looked bleak and costly to us. However dealing with Philip Theodorou from Savills helped greatly to manage the situation and reduce our costs and have a better conclusion with this challenging situation.

As property Management at the courtyard Brighton they are 1/5. The cleaner has gone awol as I have people looking for them. No wonder they are billion pound company. I put them on par with clarion housing. Non existent. Long as dough hits there accounts they don’t care.

I have been an extremely lucky person to have had Ellis at the knutsford office helping me through a very stressful time with our purchase of 7 Millbank Close she has always and still is pleasant and very informative every time I have spoken to her.. moving house is very stressful and it certainly has for us as we have lived in our present house 50 years but Ellis always put my mind at rest as our sale had lots of delays. GoogleThe service at Savills goes far beyond that of a 'standard' Estate Agent. Whilst they were extremely professional and efficient during the purchase of our house, we've found them to be incredibly helpful since in providing advice and market insight with regard proposed building work and improvements. As well as providing creative ideas, Andrew and the team's expertise has ensured that work we've done has the best chance of adding value and securing a return on our investment. I highly do not recommend taking this agency for your rental, because:1/ Some of their workers are VERY EXTREMELY RUDE and take their sweetest time to reply to mails.2/ They will give you the STUPIDEST excuses that they cannot reach the landlords.3/ They will keep you without a precise response.4/ They will not allow you to break your contract.

I can’t give zero stars unfortunately. Savills valued our house at £450000 but three other agents valued at £600000!!. They said they’d provide a report but we heard nothing. Ours is a 4 bed house and they’d just sold a 2 bed house nearby for £425000. Appalling service.

GoogleBig thanks to the very efficient team at Savills Wilmslow. Found our beautiful home with them back in September and considering we were in a chained position, we were able to complete and move in by the end of January, right before going away on holiday. This was a major relief for us as it meant we were able to go away completely stress free from a pending move and were able to toast several times, throughly enjoying the holiday! Don't think it could have happened that way if it wasn't for the promptness and efficiency of the team, especially from Tamar. Will happily recommend and consider using them again in the future.

Terrible company. We had an agent come to value our house. She seemed competent and appeared to be very interested in marketing the property. After an hour of talking through the details she said she’d arrange for photos to be taken and a contract to be sent out. Over a month later she still hasn’t been in contact and we have gone with a different agent. We expected more from a company with such a good reputation. Unfortunately, Savills also seem to think it's my responsibility to contact them regarding this matter. If they were really interested in good customer service, they would check their records for SW Devon and contact me directly. As they have not done this, I can only assume that it is a regular occurrence and they therefore can not trace us in amongst all the other potential clients they have let down.

GoogleAn exceptional service from start to finish. Their expertise in how to market our property from Andrew their manager enabled us to get higher than asking price and a sale agreed within weeks of going on the market. The support provided during the sale from all staff was first class with a special mention for Lucy in the Wilmslow office who took ALL the stress and hassle out and made it actually a pleasure to go through the sale with them. We got a better price, quicker sale and better service than we would have from anywhere else and I can't recommend them highly enough!
