GoogleA big thank you to all the team at Savills of Wilmslow who recently helped sell my parents house. The market has certainly become more challenging in the last couple of months and yet they were able to find a perfect buyer for us. In the end we were able to complete the entire sale process in less than one month! Special thanks to Anna who was calm and reassuring throughout the whole process.

No one showed up for a scheduled valuation on an agreed date and time without explanation, while I had to take time off from work. I sent them a couple of follow-up emails to find out the reasons, but again, no replies. I am honestly shocked by such sub - standard service and unprofessional behaviour from Savills. I hope they can give me an explanation why this can happen, if they really have customer service, not just a cheap apology.

TrustpilotSavills is INCORRECT, UNFAIR agency
WARNING LANDLORDS!!Savills is an incorrect, unable agency. As landlords, we are still waiting for our float MONEY back nearly for a month, but nothing has happened. (Anyway, is there any reason that a property agency holds back money on a landlord, who gave authority for withdrawing any ammount needed from the letting fee....?!) They are not just EXPENSIVE, but treat us unfairly! We decided to leave them as we think paying out our 3 months income for them, and having the half a year report after 9 months and several emails and calls......it is just not in balance.So now we are repairing the flat after the tenant who they placed to us left, we are paying the contractors, but Savills is still HOLDING BACK OUR MONEY, not sending it back to our account even after several calls, emails ....we think it is even unlawful! 🤔

The 'manager' of the Wilmslow branch came to assess my exclusive property for me to put up for sale with them - he never bothered to telephone me as he promised to, nor did he email the assessment to me!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I chased up t the Branch - they never phoned me back either! Worst estate agent I've ever dealt with, even though Savills claim to be a higher calibre! Appalling so-called 'service'.

For a buyer, Ele Robertson of Savills has provided excellent service - she is quick to acknowledge receipt of emails and follow up on queries raised with the various parties involved. Her follow through is great, and even after completion, she is there to help. At the first meeting I was given very good advice on presentation of the property and we agreed a price ,the offers over ensured sensible bids.Everything was handled superbly with no fuss or trouble .A further meeting decided upon the best potential purchaser and from then on everything went to time and smoothly. A final meeting t hand over keys completed the sale.The professionalism and experience of Savills made this a very easy and pleasant experience.
