GoogleWe have just bought a house through Potter and Ford and it has been a great experience. Richard, Nikki, and the team have been lovely to deal with - making sure everything was running smoothly, making sure every survey, valuation, etc. was accommodated as soon as possible, and remaining calm and effective even when solicitors were tying themselves up in knots! We will definitely look to Potter and Ford if and when we return to the housing market in the future as they were by far the most capable and personable agents we dealt with.

Richard gave us honest, practical advice to get the most from the sale of our flat. He knew exactly what we were looking for as our next step on the property ladder and found us our new home. GoogleFor Being a first time buyer is superb important to have a right support around you. The process with Porter and Ford was always perfect and we have managed to secure our first house. Fantastic communication, help, advices and they will always go extra miles for you. As working with people on daily basis I thought that I know what is a great customer service until I met a team in Porters and Ford. Past few months went quickly and I must admit I will miss communication with them. We want to specifically say massive thank you to: Richard for being always around and here for us and you could really ask him anything, there wasn't any question which he wouldn't answer.Robert for everything if Richard wasn't around; Diane and Nicky. You have recently updated your review which was placed some time ago, this is totally unfounded and unfair, we have many clients and happy customers from all different backgrounds and nationalities. As mentioned before, we we want to hear from anyone if they feel they have been unfairly treated and provided my email address, so we can investigate, as it is not tolerated by us. GoogleRented my apartment with Potter & Ford. Kirsty, Gary and Judy, were very clear with what needed to be done, understood the market well and made me feel like they were just a call away. Not a fan of these big companies with central call centre. Every time I call Potter & Ford, there is someone who knows my property. I was under pressure to rent the house due to terms of sale on my new home, this was again dealt with professionally. Working hard to help me out.
