GoogleHello everyone! Want to start with how amazing experience I had with local agent. His name is Mithu Guruparan. Nothing for him was unpossible. I was looking for house, where I could move in with my dog, and believe me ,its very difficult. Most off the property's don't expect pets. He helped me a lot with his advice and understanding off my situation. Now I'm in new house, and can't thank him inuff for his kindness and help. GoogleI first met Richard back in the summer of 2021 when I started my property search. Richard was professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the properties I viewed with Chanellors and took time to get to know my individual requirements. When the house I was purchasing via another agent fell through, Richard contacted me immediately and was proactive in helping me find another property. In fact, with Richard's help, I found another house within 2 weeks of the other one falling through! He expertly guided me through the process, keeping me updated on progress throughout. I felt that I could reach out at any time which was a great comfort with my previous property having fallen through. I would thoroughly recommend Chancellors to anyone buying or selling a property.
