GoogleWe recently purchased our family home after a long prior search with a few disappointments and some inevitable stress along the way. Alan Dempsey however was a breath of fresh air. We really appreciated his pleasant manner; straight talking and wholly professional manner - which was instrumental in us securing our purchase. We would recommend him to handle a sale - or a purchase without hesitation. Thank you.

GoogleChancellors have been great with the purchase of our new house but that is mainly down to Alec Worrall who dealt with us so professionally all the way through. GoogleI really feel that Chancellors is a 5 star company, and it is always a pleasure to deal with them.I have mostly been in contact with Kevin Franklin who is an excellent listener. Whilst looking for properties with him, he remembered all the little details of preferences we wanted in a property. He always communicates well is very professional. I would highly recommend.

Patient, thoughtful, honest and supportive, we really felt they were "on our side" to help move the purchase through. Chancellors' performance and behaviour is exemplary! Thank you!! You'll get your commission but we'll add on a pint or two too!

GoogleI used Chancellors to sell my property in Chesham, having previously used their Lettings Department to rent my property. The staff were courteous and professional, as well as honest. Alec Worrall in particular was extremely helpful, and managed my expectations, as well as keeping me updated on progress. The commission was fair and reasonable. I would highly recommend Chancellors Chesham.

GoogleAfter a poor start with another local agent I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I have received from the lettings team. The marketing is exceptional and the photographer was very polite. Soon they found the exact type of tenant I required and the moving in process was extremely smooth.

Our main contact at Chancellors was Kevin Franklin, who was always polite, prompt and informative in helping us with the process, answering our questions and making sure that the transaction went through smoothly. I would certainly use Kevin and Chancellors again in the future.

GoogleWe sold our house through Chancellors Chesham and were, on the whole, pleased with our experience. I would recommend dealing with Alan as he was professional,informative,calm and never pressurized us. We opted to use the legal team through Chancellors which I feel proved beneficial. Unfortunately the lettings team were not as organised or as professional.
