Poor customer service and failure to keep assurances.I requested details on a development in shrewsbury and was told they would be sent to me by the the agent promoting the property. Several weeks passed without any contact, so I called again and was told the agent would get back to me within the hour; needless to say, he did not. Very unprofessional.

After having lived in one of the flats they manage during one year, and after all the issues we have faced (moisture, leaking pipes, disgusting stuffs coming out of the pipes in the bathtub, etc) we have now left the flat. Unfortunately, they do not respond to our emails anymore and complete radio silence in regards to our deposit, although the contract mentioned that it should have been returned at the latest a few months ago. If issue not resolved, legal action will be taken against the company.

I recently had to decide which estate agent we would use to sell our 20 acre Farm in Ewhurst.I had lived on the farm for over 15 years, and had converted the farm outbuildings into affordable units for letting.We eventually chose Strutt and Parker, and right from the word go, Ken Roberts advised us to split the farm into four separate units, so that prospective buyers could either buy the whole farm or the separate units.Splitting one title into four separate titles is a lot of work. We made good use of Strutt and Parker's mapping team who are land registry approved.This made getting drawings a simple task.We also used the amazing team at Strutt and Parker to produce a brochure showing the four separate units, which once published on the web sites caused a massive response, such that we were getting in excess of twelve viewings per day.We were looked after by an experience team of property sales negotiators who handled all the viewings and dealt with the prospective purchasers.Thanks go to Nadia, Pippa, Holly, Sarah-Jane, Debra,Stephanie and in particular to Jackie who has a special relationship with the solicitors acting for both the seller and the purchaser.Working together the team at Strutt and Parker, sold all four lots and dealt with lots of tricky questions to achieve total farm sold for the price they thought they could achieve from the outset. I would not hesitate to use Strutt and Parker again.Ian Mills

This agents refuse to take me off their database, they keep sending me information on available listing like every day. this pollutes my mailbox and frustrates me, I had written to them many time to stop and used UNSUBSCRIBE feature nothing works so far. We took a risk by selling our house with a ten weeks completion date in which to find a rental in which to live in the Cotswolds. The market for rental was totally overheated. almost no properties were available. Some agents were very offhand in dealing with us. We were fortunate that a property marketed by Strutt and Parker Banbury became available and their agent actively contacted us in response to our previous enquiry. Through their careful negotiation it was possible to agree terms to change from a furnished let to our being able to take out the furniture and install our own. The property had not been well treated, but the agent arranged that it was spruced up and cleaned before our arrival. The whole process involved considerable work on behalf of the agent without which it would not have been successful. We enjoyed a very personal experience which made our move possible and we can thoroughly recommend S & P's service..

Brilliant service both buying and selling our properties. Very fast at getting the property on the market and sold within a week! Nothing was ever too much trouble, from the numerous questions raised and answers found in a timely manner. I am sure these were often dealt with in the staff free time as well. We dealt mainly with one member of staff which made it more personal and effective She was professional, knowledgeable and empathetic throughout and you really felt she had your back and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend!

From the initial visit for the valuation to the completion of the sale they held our hand the whole way through. They were very proactive in selling our house & didn't just wait for the internet & Rightmove to do their job for them.They were most supportive through the whole process & especially the problems caused by Covid-19We are not planning on moving house for many years to come but would use them again in a heartbeat
