The house sold quickly thanks to Hamptons marketing and sensible pricing policy, and we were kept up to date at all times by email and phone as the sale progressed to completion. Lately we had some heating problems in the flat and it was necessary to change the whole system. As the flat is rented, the works have to be done with the tenant inside. Thanks to the Mrs. Lucy Desborough Senior Property Manager's efficient handling of the issue, we successfully finished the works.
