Little did we know the bumpy journey ahead but Alison was extremely professional and helpful throughout and made what could have been quite a stressful time so much easier. Always available to message and speak to, to offer advice and help in any way she could. She definitely went above and beyond! We would know exactly who to call if we sell our house again and I would highly recommend Resides both for value for money and quality of customer service.

She got us £25K more for our house than the valuations of TWO well known (and very local) high street agents, enabling us to buy our dream home. She chased up and down the chain to ensure everyone was doing their jobs and was a source of reassurance when things got pretty hairy-scary at the end. More like a therapist than an estate agent really, she helped us stay sane amidst the stress, right up to and including moving day.
All this for a fraction of the fees of the High Street Agents!! Its a no-brainer to hire Ali - she's incredibly dedicated and I only wish I could pay her double!!

We were lucky enough to both buy and sell through Resides and during our search we came across most of the competition which confirmed we had made the best choice asking Ali to represent us. She was there to talk to evenings/ weekends... even bank holidays! She worked tirelessly to secure our chain completed even when it had its difficulties. This even included working out how to get a surveyor in during lockdown when the house was occupied but that was still no problem for Ali.
