GoogleMy home has been on the market for a very long time, I changed many estate agents with no luck of a sale. I was advised by a friend to try Sure, and today I am happy I contacted Sure, as a sale was completed recently taking my stress level down. I found Sacha very supportive and knowledgeable in her field of work, I will be using Sure again and recommending to my friends and family, once again thanks for your service.

GoogleCash buyers, 2 properties we are interested in, have phones and left messages, Sacha never returned any calls or messages, I would not trust them to walk my dog...house purchase, not a chance!
If you’re the gentleman who requested to view the two bungalows, I just wanted to follow up. I emailed you on 17/03/26 at 2:45pm, but unfortunately it was returned to me, so I may have been given an incorrect email address. I also tried calling on 19th March at 3:52pm, but didn’t receive a response. From my records, I can only see one call from your side, but I’m very happy to clarify anything if needed. GoogleSacha was so incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. Moving house is stressful in itself but she kept us calm and got things sorted so quickly and just reassured us all the time. Nothing was too much for her even when we were calling constantly and probably bugging her!

GoogleTom was exceptional from start to finish. He listened and understood our circumstances and was able to communicate with us and the landlord impressively well and I can now say, I am so happy we now have our house! I thought it would be a challenge and a lot of stress but Tom was brilliant and guided us all through out the process. When my partner and I collected the keys everyone else in the team were warm and welcoming. Thank you again for all your help.

GoogleWhy can't I give zero stars? If you are selling I would avoid like the plague, here's why from a buyer's perspective: First contact - Spoken to like a second class citizen, presumably because I didn't have an Oxbridge accent and therefore surely couldn't afford the property I was enquiring about. After some faffing about I was reluctantly offered a viewing. The viewing - Turned up late, poorly presented and no knowledge about the property at all, essentially just a very expensive key handler. Rushed around the property as there was another viewing 15 minutes later (and we started over 5 mins late). After the viewing - Made an offer but I had to call back three days later to get an update. That update was simply 'your offer was rejected'... no inclination as to why, was it not high enough, was it our position etc. so no help for me or the vendor in terms of achieving the best possible price as I could have increased my offer. Also, there was no attempt to find out more about what I was looking for in order to market similar properties in future. All in all an unbelievably poor experience, even more shocking as some online providers are really upping their game. Can't believe this bunch are still going, but I would think carefully before choosing them as your agent.
I am so sorry that you were disappointed to miss out on this property. We pride ourselves on giving our clients the best service by finding them the best buyer and by achieving the best price. The seller of this property was very happy with our service as was the eventual buyer. We do hope you have now found a lovely home and are settled.
