Erica at Peter Ball (Leckhampton) was fabulous throughout our purchase. From the very beginning she was friendly, approachable and incredibly efficient, and she made what became a very stressful, lengthy process feel much more manageable. She kept us consistently informed, communicated clearly at every stage and was always quick to respond whenever we had a question. We were part of a particularly difficult chain, but Erica was proactive, reassuring and clearly worked very hard behind the scenes to keep everything moving. Her professionalism and attention to detail really stood out, and it was obvious that she genuinely cared about helping the process go as smoothly as possible. We couldn’t have asked for more and are extremely grateful for all her help. I would happily recommend Erica and the team at Peter Ball to anyone buying or selling a home.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I wanted to give a big shout out to Karen Wills, who showed me a property today in Cheltenham. I was probably her last appointment on what was a very hot day, but you wouldn’t have known it, she was absolutely brilliant. Karen was warm, super chatty, and really attentive without being overbearing. She offered great advice, clearly knows the area well, and let me take my time looking around without any pressure. Having worked in customer service myself for over 30 years, I really appreciate when someone goes the extra mile, and Karen’s a star. Thanks again, Karen!

Constant teasing me for the houses don’t match my criteria after I explained to the lady over the phone half dozen times what I’m looking for. The lady who phoned me even offered me a house that 250K above my budget at one point! This lady is extremely rude with no respect to buyer who doesn’t make purchases above 1 million. I don’t know how can people trust this estate agency to deal with one of the largest purchases in someone’s life. Worst agency I’ve ever seen.
