GoogleThe team at Newcombe were wonderful in helping us begin our tenancy. From the first viewing, done with Shaun who was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and professional, through to sorting contract, keys and move-in. Jane and Shaun were professional throughout and very open and friendly, happy to answer any questions and support us with any concerns before and during move-in. Would highly recommend Newcombe Residential for your next tenancy!

GoogleCould not have been any more impressed with the service we received from Newcombe Residential. Our house sale was a matter of weeks away from completion and with nowhere to live, Shaun was the only person that listened to our situation, and got us in to view and then secure a rental property within less than 2 days. Most other letting agents would only add me to a list of blocks viewings to compete with other potential tenants. We wouldn’t have been favoured by many landlords as we were only looking for a 1 year contract in-between selling and purchasing a new property but this didn’t stop Shaun when advising his client that we would be good tenants. Shaun has been consistently friendly and personable and constantly kept us up-to-date. We cannot thank you enough and your wine is on the way! 5 stars really isn’t enough to give!!

GoogleAmazing agents. After seeing over 20 properties where adverts were misleading or agents just could not answer questions. Shaun was amazing, time to view and not rushed. Great communication with office, and really worked to support tenants needs, rather then just about turn over and getting loads of people through the door. A really personable service, with great communication and understanding of the stressor of moving. Referencing very quick with nominate company. Able to answer questions re contract. Great team!!

GoogleGreat letting agents, Shaun is always so helpful and friendly and good with communicating. Gregory was great with advising us with how to apply despite my husband being self employed and helping us to go down the right route for references/ guarantors etc. After having a bad experience with previous landlord we are very happy where we are and know we will be in safe hands if there are any issues with the property.

The team are always polite and professional in all they do, but also have that human touch where large corporations are lacking. GoogleThe whole process was very smooth and professional. No matter how many times we called or asked to see the property, Shaun and Gregory were both helpful and professional. We expressed the need to be into the place soon and they were able to help work that out for us, so for this, we are absolutely grateful. We walked away with the feeling that not only were our needs met, but that the agency was a well-ran and well-kept. As my husband would say, we're in a 'strange land' and we needed all the comfort from those in the process to make us feel welcomed and that we would be fine (we relocated from Houston, TX to Cheltenham, with 2 kids in tow and one on the way). We are really looking forward to the next chapter of our lives in the UK, and Newcombe has gone over and beyond to secure for us, one of the most essential parts of our experience here... for this, we are ever-thankful! Cheerios!

GoogleCannot speak highly enough of Gregory, Shaun, and Jayne. They supported us through a stressful relocation; at times they were the only ones there for us. They did not represent our sale, we purchased from them, but they treated us like we were their clients. Always a phone call away, always helpful. When we decide to sell/ rent Newcombe will definitely be our agent

GoogleRented through Newcombe Residential for 5 years. Found them to be a very friendly and helpful letting agent. No issues setting up the let in the first place. Was all done promptly and professionally. Any of the issues encountered during the letting were resolved through them or their team of contractors very quickly. Also upon ending of the tenancy, all was completed to a very fair and satisfactory resolution, and I got full deposit back. Gregory is a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely recommend! How all letting agents should behave.

GoogleAvoid Newcombe residential, especially if you are a female. Both Gregory and his colleague are stuck in the past and treat women who rent/buy from them terribly. As a tenant, I felt completely bullied by him. Whilst he appears to be incredibly professional and friendly in the beginning, he will quickly turn. I had to take my case to a lawyer. Of which I won. He is a chauvinistic misogynist. Please avoid giving him your business. I am not alone and have heard many other women have had this experience with this agency.
Please do not spam or troll our reviews with lies and factual inaccuracies. As everyone can see we have numerous reviews by genuine female clients that have been entirely happy with our service and furthermore we have never had any case that required legal intervention.

GoogleNewcombe Residential are the best estate agents I’ve ever rented a house from. Both Gregory and Shaun are friendly, approachable, reliable well mannered and decent people. Every problem I’ve had has been sorted out quickly and with no fuss. I’ve never had such good, efficient and professional service from any other estate agent. These guys should get 10 stars not 5!! GoogleThis is our second time renting with Gregory… after a space of 5 years he still remembered us! The service is always professional, constantly kept updated and just a lovely experience. We first met Shaun when collecting our keys and he was also just as professional and friendly. GoogleA real shame as the my first experience of Newcombe's was extremely positive, yet since Gregory has new staff, it really seems the business and its approach to its tenants has gone off course. What was once an agency that stood out from the rest now employs people who are part time, who take a long time to reply on emails. There seems to be a real lack of communication between the agents and though staff members have life experience, they don't seem to have industry experience which really shows.
Please do not spam our reviews, we have never had a client, tenant or otherwise of this name.
