GoogleI’m working with Mack Residetial for 14 years now and I’m a very happy house owner. Mack Residetial has always been very helpful sorting problems or getting things fixed or replaced. Over the years I developed a very good relationship with some of their employees. This turned out to be very helpful as well since I’m living abroad.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleCalled this agency numerous times about a property and was continuously told they'd be in touch either the next day or the same week with no reply. Called for a 5th time and finally was given an email response by the Letting Negotiator only to then be declined to view the property.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleDrove all the way from Plymouth to look at a property in Cheltenham. Waited half an hour for agent to turn up who was a no show. Went to their office and told I had been left a voice mail (I hadn't). The young man was very rude and uninterested and shut the door in my face.

GoogleMack Residential have looked after the letting of my mother's property in Tivoli, Cheltenham for over four years - the rent from which subsidises her care home fees. Throughout this time their service has been exemplary - finding good tenants, liaising with the tenants and making good minor problems when necessary. All this with the minimum of fuss and bureaucracy. Highly recommended.
