While we have had some trouble with Hampton's in the past, we are giving 5 stars purely due to our new property manager Alex who resolved a blocked drain outside our flat (causing flooding) as quick as possible. He really want the extra mile calling several different companies to find someone who could help us immediately and was polite and friendly despite our relentless messaging about the issue. Thanks, Alex!

GoogleI am so far having a great experience with Hamptons Agents. Starting with the letting agent Molly who immediately helped me out dealing with all the paperwork related to the tenancy agreement. In addition, the property manager Rebecca Hitchman has provided quick response to all my property inquiries. Finally, I like the attention and the small upgrades to the flat that had happened just in my first 2 months of being a tenant.

I have been using Hamptons Stratford Upon Avon and Cheltenham as Agents to several properties that I rent out , they are always efficient and helpful I have never had any problems that haven’t been sorted out quickly which is good for me and the tenants who rent them from me.I would recommend them as Agents they are very good.

TrustpilotAvoid Hamptons if you want your deposit back
Been waiting for over a month to get back my deposit, after renting a property serviced by Hamptons for over 3 years. Very disappointed with the service, avoid !EDIT: another month has passed and I still haven't gotten my deposit. Poor customer service!

GoogleHamptons recently sold my mum's house in Cheltenham. They achieved this quickly and with the minimum of fuss and bother as well as getting a price we were happy with. The courtesy and professionalism shown by all the staff was exemplary. As I was overseas for the majority of the process, I was unable to be as hands on as I might have wanted. But I believe that my presence wouldn't have affected the outcome in any way. They are an excellent firm and would be happy to recommend their services to anyone buying or selling in the Cheltenham area.

Daniel Johnson at Hamptons contacted a company to investigate a problem with the washing machine at one of our rented properties. They made their assessment and Daniel advised us to let the repair company carry out repairs to the machine rather than replace it. This was a much cheaper and environmentally sound option.We are very pleased with the outcome.

We had a problem with lack of heating shortly after we started renting through Hamptons. Rebecca in the Cirencester office was really helpful: she called first thing and made arrangements for it to be sorted out straightaway, and the problem was fixed within a few hours. This was excellent service and makes me feel confident about the management of any further queries in the future.
