GoogleAt first the estate agents seemed polite and nice, however in truth as soon as they received their agency fee's they cared little for customer after care, they took a 125 pounds fee and then we had a lot of problems with the landlord, we rang up for help and they said it is nothing to do with us, didn't help one bit so what was the fee's for? would not recommend these unhelpful and rude estate agents at all.

GoogleI have been renting through Falcon Lettings for the past 3 years and they have been absolutely fantastic. All the staff are very friendly and are really helpful. I have rented properties in Cheltenham for 8 years and Falcon are by far the best company I have dealt with. They will make you feel at ease during your move. Highly recommended!!!!

GoogleViewed two property with falcon. in the first case the agent was helpful and amenable. In the second case the agent was rude and uncouth and did nothing to show us around the property. 5 stars for the 1st guy and -3 for the second.

GoogleUsed the company for nearly 3 years with my flat and they were fantastic. All my issues were sorted out immediately and the girls were incredibly friendly. I’d definitely use them again.
