FacebookI can't understand and I don't even know if it's legal in the first place to ask for ID , proof of residency, wage payslip and a lot of paperwork that have lots of very personal information , like insurance number and etc
Without signing no GDPR contract between myself and this agency without seeing the property in the first place ,how can I trust that all my sensitive information aren't use in fraudulent purposes . This sound like a very big scam . Be very careful in this days anyone can mess with your personal information and can very bad affect your credit score . Who know what they can do with all this information that they are asking?

GoogleWe hired this company to fully manage a property that we owned. At first they were fine but the final tenant they found was a nightmare. The state of the property at the end could only de described as an uninhabitable slum. Owen Lyons said that this only developed during the last couple of months of the tenancy which was impossible. The tenant also smoked heavily in the property and had a large dog which they said there was no evidence of when the alleged inspections took place. This cost us a great deal of money to put right. We did complain to the Property Ombudsman but they did not uphold our complaint. We would never entrust any property to them again (not even a dolls house)!!

GooglePoor service..rented a property and was messed about from the start, the day before move in date was told there was a corner sofa the landlord could not dispose of in time which ment very little room actually no room for our furniture, which led to costing us money to dispose of OUR OWN sofa. Flat uses a top up meter for electric which the landlord decided to put £60 on it and demanded reimbersing before we could move in. So unhappy with the way things have been done and the way my girlfriend has been spoken to. Looking to move out already and it's only the first month of our tenancy.
