But today we specially want to thank our team of Billy and Maria for sorting out loads of issues and problems that happened whilst we were away on holiday recently. All sorted after a quick phone call from us with zero aggro - Thank you for your ongoing support and hard work.

An awful experience working with Kemsley's valuations team on a loan application with my bank. (This is for an agricultural business in the UK). They have undervalued my assets by 30% compared to another valuer appointed at the same time, refused to engage in conversations to justify their decisions, and have been frankly wrong on multiple occasions. This has negatively impacted my loan application and means I can not longer proceed with the project as planned. Overall, a horrendous experience, made even worseby the thought that I have had to pay them for the privilege. DO NOT HIRE THEM

I'm trying to get hold of someone and still haven't managed to do so. Also, very inconsistent with their approach from branch to branch. very late back and and if i were a landlord I would never use them to find a tenant

GoogleI have had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with this organisation, they are misleading, dishonest and unprofessional Charles White and his team struggle to deal with any query in a prompt or honest fashion, full of prattle and nonsense!!! Little to no knowledge of market or conditions, just you self-serving jargon to waste your time. If you are looking for property professionals swerve this crowd.

I’m a bit late doing this, but wanted to offer my thanks for such a good experience selling my home. My house was barely on the market for 3 weeks before it sold. The valuing, marketing and execution of the whole service was 100%. This firm are bullys and threaten with Bailiffs when we withheld rent due to them not providing us documents we are entitled to. Would give 0 Stars if possible.

GoogleIntially the company were supportive however the process took some time. Since completion the after care has been zero to non existent. An agreement had been put in place however a month after exchange has yet to be completed. Be vary of any exaggerated comments.
