Excellence

The staff were excellent and professional, friendly and helpful. We were kept informed at all points of the process of selling the property, taking away a lot of the stress and creating confidence. They always went the extra mile to make it as easy as possible. We would thoroughly recommend Balgores to anyone thinking of selling a property

Amazing service, would recommend

We had been trying to get a mortgage in place throughout lockdown , however found that other company’s were very slow and Un-informative about the process. We were recommended to use Balgores mortgage adviser, and we couldn’t be happier for this decision, she has been very informative and friendly considering we are first time buyers and knew nothing about the market, when anything happened with regards to our mortgage, we were informed immediately and kept in the loop at all times, she was very accommodating to the times we could see her which was something that we had bad experience with other companies.

I have been using Balgores to manage my rental property for many years. Ben Vainola and Dan have dealt with any issues very professionally. I am now selling my rental property and continue to use Balgores for the sale. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Unprofessional and illegal practices

Unprofessional and illegal practices. I was told i had to obtain a mortgage in principle from their in house mortgage broker before i could view a property even though i already have a mortgage in principle from my broker. The staff i spoke to was condescending and rude.

Fantastic team

Fantastic team, human approach and transparent from the start, not like most estate agencies i have dealt with in the past. Daniella is brilliant , caring and professional individual and would definitely deal with them again.

Just bought my dream house in Chelmsford. Because it was our first house, we were very Paranoid. We were dealing with the great Ellie who was very patient and accommodating. We were did like 4 viewings through the process and she was there with the same smile every day. Highly recommended.

A true professional

Jack has been a true professional in a complicated transaction. Very patient, and saw the bigger picture regards to working in the interest of his client, not just for himself! This is a truly remarkable quality.
