Deidre and Dean deserve 6 * from the very beginning they worked so hard to sell my late mothers home. Despite my mum passing and then having to get probate they stuck by me and helped me through all the process. They did not give up on me! The personal touch was second to none. They kept me updated at all times. I was able to call or text and ask questions. Nothing was too much for them. I would highly recommend EWE move. Don’t waste any time looking for another estate agent. We went through two before we met Dean and Dierdre. The previous agents had plenty of people viewing and making offers, but they didn’t secure a sale once. We gave up hope and then Dean knocked on our door. Dean showed our property once and sold it straight away and secured it. We honestly don’t think we would have moved without them. The communication of Dierdre was exceptional. She single handedly wrangled all agents and solicitors in a 5 man chain and was I believe the reason for the success of the chain. I’ve never met estate agents like them and would only ever want to use them if I sell again. I beg ewe to choose them, you won’t regret it!

They understand the current property market, marketed the property well, managed my expectations and dealt with the viewings, offers and sales process in a very professional way. With EWEMOVE I felt cared and supported through out the whole process. They are available 24x7: literally! We were worried about which Estate Agent to use to sell our house. After looking at reviews and on a friend’s recommendation we chose Dean and Dierdre at Ewe Move. Best decision ever! From our initial meeting with Dean we were made to feel at ease. D & D live locally and have outstanding knowledge of the property market in Cheam & surrounding areas. Within 10 days Dean arranged one open day which resulted in 4 offers. 2 being 30k over the asking price, we were blown away! When taking photos Dierdre’s expertise shone through. I instructed Dean and Dierdre from EweMove Sutton to sell my property. I was extremely happy with the professional service they provided, from start to finish. Their rates were very reasonable. Communication could not have been better. They were available to contact 24/7 and kept me well updated throughout the process, dealing with any queries calmly, honestly and efficiently. I first spoke to the Cheam and Sutton branch at the beginning of last year when I hadn’t made a final decision about selling my flat. Dean was friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy, so I knew I wanted to use them when it was time to sell. It was easy to communicate with Dierdre and Dean and they were available out of normal office hours. They set up a WhatsApp group which was used to update me on viewings and then on the progress of the sale. They are passionate about what they do and really care about getting a positive outcome. There was no chain, but some last-minute glitches, Dierdre and Dean dealt with these professionally and honestly to help the sale progress. This is the second time I have used Ewemove to sell my home, the first was with Graham at the Dorking branch. I would definitely recommend to friends and family!

To our amazement, Dean & Dierdre Sold our home on the same day it has been ever opened to the public. They were straightforward and transparent on everything they did.
