My experience with Main and Main has been exemplary. From day 1, I have had personal contact and there has always been a face to talk to and a local office to visit if necessary. I will mention Kate as outstanding, not withstanding Nicky, Sam and more recently Abigail (Not forgetting Martin Main who came to do my initial valuation!). Kate has kept me in the picture at every step which is highly appreciated. From the sale to the completion did take a considerable amount of time, which I believe was was due to the 'distance conveyancing company' my buyer was using (as a result of a sell and legal package). I would always use a local selling agent and solicitor - they may cost slightly more, but the time and stress savings are worth far more than the alternative.
