Patrick and the team were outstanding when helping us buy our home. They’re incredibly busy, but they always made time for us, offering support whenever we needed it. From day one, it felt like I’d known Patrick my whole life. He made the whole process straightforward, and even during the stressful moments, he put my partner and me completely at ease. I still keep in touch with him now, he’s a top chap and someone you can genuinely rely on. I would highly recommend Kavanagh Hayes Estate Agents. Thank you to all of you for everything. We love our new home.

From the very start, Patrick and the team at Kavanagh Hayes were extremely helpful, supportive and professional. Our sale was unusual and difficult but at every step, Kavanagh Estates worked through the challenges and helped deliver a very successful and calm customer experience, which I am extremely grateful for. So, many thanks Patrick and Alexandra, you certainly made the sale process so much better and calmer than we could have expected. Thank you, Great experience 👍🏻👏

I had my experience purchasing a property from Kavanagh Hayes Estate Agents. From not knowing about this agent to then completing a purchase through them, I have to say I was very happy dealing with Patrick, Karen & Alexandra. Patrick was my main contact from showing me round the property and speaking to him mainly on the phone about any queries I had. I would happily deal with Kavanagh Hayes again with no hesitation. If Patrick was not available my questions were quickly picked up and dealt with by Alexandra and Karen. Very happy customer and can not thank you all enough for your help and professionalism through this stressful process.

I can’t thank Pat and his amazing team enough at Kavanagh Hayes. From the initial phone call where Pat talked me through everything and how it works from selling your house, what happens next and what to expect, to the final completion. I have done everything from Leicestershire whilst Pat and his team took control of everything professionally and throughly in Chatteris. I can’t thank them enough. If your looking for a local agent that will work for you. You don’t need to look any further than Kavanagh Hayes.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

l let my property 9 years ago through Kavanagh Hayes. I certainly chose the right company, they have been fantastic at everything including sorting repairs / replacements for things that inevitably go wrong over an extended period. A special thanks must go to Alexandra Cooper who has been my point of contact. Nothing is ever too much trouble for her, she keeps me totally informed on all aspects of my rental and she gives me great peace of mind. She is truly the perfect representative for Kavanagh Hayes, thanks to the KH team and especially Alexandra

We used Chris at Kavanagh Hayes and cannot fault the service. Chris was always on hand to answer any questions, was really helpful with our purchase as well advising us on the next steps etc. We had issues with the house we were buying and Chris worked with us and our buyers to ensure our sale still happened! We have and will continue to recommend Chris and Kavanagh Hayes to everyone.PositiveProfessionalism, Value

The team were fabulous in helping sell my house, very informative and staying in good contact throughout the process. Very supportive when my own onward purchase was dragging on (no fault of theirs, to be clear as my purchase went through elsewhere), kept my buyers informed and my sale on track!

Excellent service. Patrick was extremely helpful throughout, providing us with accurate advice and guidance. We had a terrible service from our solicitor and Patrick really helped us to sort it out and we probably would not have moved had it not been for him! We would highly recommend Kavanagh Hayes.
