I can not thank Paul Morgan of Homes of Cornwall enough.. I would highly recommend these estate agents and Paul specifically.. I sold our beloved house reluctantly; so we could, as a family have better prospects and I was selling from a distance. Paul had to deal with every minute detail you could come across when preparing to sell and indeed, selling a property. He fully took the reigns in every aspect. Thankyou sincerely! Paul took ALL OF THE STRESS usually associated with selling away. He was a miracle worker on behalf of our beloved house and family. Paul dealt with every obstacle with expert ease and true expert advice. He was extremely capable and steered even rocky situations for the best outcome possible. The house was never not under offer. He never doubted the price it went onto market. We excepted (over the course of complicated chains and chain breakdowns) several offers of full asking price... Paul had to deal with facilitating our tenants removal and was on hand virtually day and night for any worry, concern, wobble, query etc my husband and I had from day 1 right through till the very end.. when does this man sleep!! I am 100% confident in his ability, knowledge and skill to sell anything!! And will endeavour to look him up for any future transactions our family may make... Our selling and buying journey couldn't of been more complicated but at no reflection of Paul and Homes of Cornwall. I am adamant without Paul's calm, no nonsense, expertise we wouldn't have obtained the best outcome. All thanks to him!! His rate was extremely competitive; which was just the icing in the cake!! He was worth every penny and more!!! Deepest heart felt thanks Paul from myself and my husband. As, you have worked tirelessly for our family and achieved the best possible outcome! We realised the future we wished we could.. you helped enable our dreams... Buying and selling is emotional and so much more than bricks and mortar.. Fingers crossed , luck goes your way. Best service from an estate agent ever!! Highly recommend!!

We never went with homes of cornwall for the sale of our house but I wish we did. The house we bought was through homes of cornwall and Jason did a great job. Unfortunately the estate agent I went with wasn't very interested just wanted our money. I found that Jason sorted most of the chain out for us all he was so helpful . Thank you Jason 😊

Completely negligent, dishonest company. Untrustworthy in the extreme. I moved into a property with them on 28th January 2017. Paid a £900 deposit for £700 a month rent, and £660 agency fees. So already this is an expensive agency to use. When I moved in, I was told I had a week to notify them of any existing damage to the property. I submitted a few issues, including a broken sink in the upstairs bathroom, and a photograph showing the damage. This was not even responded to until mid April. We paid out rent absolutely on time every month, and were quiet and respectful tenants who got along well with all of our neighbours. When we moved out of the property on October 30th 2017, an agent checked the property over with us. he informed us there would be a cleaning fee of around £150, which we accepted. When it came down to it, we were charged £220 for the cleaning, and £270 for the broken upstairs sink, and also the downstairs sink, which was absolutely not broken when we moved out.As well as this. they tried to charge us for other things which were already broken when we moved in, such as the rotary drier in the back garden. Which we again told them was damaged. All in all I lost £490 of a £900 deposit, the majority of which I dispute, and am extremely unhappy with. The upstairs sink was broken when we moved in, I have a photo that proves so, and we were still charged for it. Absolutely outrageous, and I advise to avoid Homes of Cornwall at all costs.

In response to your comments. You paid £300 + VAT for agency fees not £660 as stated. You left the property in a condition that required the Deposit Protection Service to adjudicate in the matter. As a result of their independent decision they found in the Landlords favour and awarded the Landlord compensation for the damage you had caused. We did our job professionally in looking after our Landlord. If you are a tenant who neglects the place where they live, by all means avoid us at all costs.

I didnt use this agent to sell but they were the agent responsible for my purchase. Jason did more for me than our own agents. Always on the end of the phone. I really cant praise him enough. Lovely, understanding and extremely patient.I would certainly recommend him without any hesitation. If I was to move again, I wouldn't hesitate.

Very good estate agent I'd highly recommend them barely any problems other than a few inside the property. The mirror. My rating is over their exceptionally great service David does v well and it was a great dealing with then while renting before buying somewhere. Best interests were kept prompt service. Highly recommend.
